Ford Recovery provides recovery coaching, sober companionship, and supportive guidance services. These services are non-clinical, non-medical, and non-therapeutic in nature.
Services are intended to support personal growth, recovery, and well-being and are designed to work alongside, not in place of, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic care.
2. Not Medical or Therapeutic Care
Ford Recovery does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Psychiatric care
- Psychological counselling
- Therapy or diagnosis
- Crisis or emergency intervention
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you should contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
3. Client Responsibility
By engaging in services with Ford Recovery, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
- Recovery coaching is a collaborative process, not a guarantee of results
- Participation is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time
Ford Recovery does not promise or guarantee specific outcomes.
4. Sober Companionship Services
Sober companionship services provide supportive presence and guidance during situations where recovery may feel challenging, such as travel, social events, or transitions.
Sober companionship:
- Is non-clinical and non-custodial
- Is not crisis intervention or emergency care
- Does not involve supervision, restraint, or enforcement
Clients remain responsible for their own safety and behaviour at all times.
5. Online Services
Online coaching sessions are delivered via secure video or communication platforms. While reasonable efforts are made to protect privacy and confidentiality, Ford Recovery cannot guarantee complete security of digital communications.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their own privacy and secure environment during online sessions.
6. Confidentiality
Ford Recovery respects client confidentiality and handles personal information with care and discretion.
Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to situations involving:
- Imminent risk of harm to self or others
- Abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person
- Court orders or legal obligations
7. Payment and Fees
Fees for services are outlined on the website or agreed upon in writing prior to engagement.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are payable in advance
- Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to charges
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis
8. Cancellations and Scheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
Ford Recovery reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ford Recovery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.
By using this website and engaging in services, you agree to release Ford Recovery from claims related to decisions or outcomes resulting from coaching support.
