Clarity Package FAQs
Who is the Clarity Package for?
The Clarity Package is a good starting point for individuals who feel unsure, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads in their recovery. It’s especially helpful for those who want support and guidance without committing to longer-term work right away.
What can I expect from the sessions?
Sessions are one-on-one and conversational, focused on understanding where you are, what’s been getting in the way, and what support would be most helpful moving forward. Each session is shaped by your needs and pace.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Ford Recovery provides recovery coaching and supportive guidance based on lived experience and training. Services work alongside — not in place of — medical or therapeutic care.
Are sessions held online or in person?
Sessions can be held online or in person, depending on location and availability. This can be discussed when booking.
What happens after the four sessions?
Many people choose to continue with additional support once they’ve gained clarity and direction. If that feels right, we can discuss next steps together.

Stability Package FAQs
Who is the Stability Package best suited for?
The Stability Package is for individuals who want to build consistency and strengthen their recovery foundation. It’s well suited for those who have some momentum and are ready for regular, ongoing support.
How often do sessions take place?
Sessions are typically held weekly over three months. This regular rhythm helps establish structure, accountability, and continuity.
What is the CRAFT family session?
The CRAFT family session is an optional session that includes a family member or trusted support person. It is informed by Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) principles and focuses on improving communication, strengthening healthy boundaries, and supporting recovery in a constructive, non-confrontational way. This session is supportive and educational in nature, not therapy or mediation.
What kinds of things are worked on during Stability?
Sessions often focus on routines, boundaries, navigating challenges, strengthening coping strategies, and integrating recovery into daily life in a sustainable way. Can Stability follow the Clarity Package? Yes. Many people move into the Stability Package after completing Clarity, though it can also be a starting point depending on your situation.

Thrive Package
30 sessions over 6 Months + Sober Companionship & Relapse Prevention
$3,500
Thrive Package FAQs
Who is the Thrive Package for?
The Thrive Package is designed for those committed to long-term growth in recovery. It’s best suited for individuals who want sustained support as they build a full, engaged life beyond early stability.
What does long-term support look like in this package?
Over six months, sessions provide continuity, deeper reflection, and ongoing guidance as life evolves. Support adapts as goals, challenges, and priorities shift.
What does Sober Companionship mean in this context?
Sober Companionship refers to in-person support during situations where recovery may feel more challenging, such as special events, social gatherings, travel, or transitions. It involves calm, supportive presence and practical guidance — someone walking alongside you to help you stay grounded, aware, and aligned with your recovery goals. Sober Companionship is not crisis intervention or clinical care.
How is relapse prevention approached?
Relapse prevention is addressed proactively through awareness, planning, and practical strategies, grounded in lived experience and real-world understanding rather than fear-based messaging.
Is Thrive appropriate if I already have other supports?
Yes. Thrive is designed to complement existing supports such as therapy, medical care, or recovery programs, working alongside them rather than replacing them.
